Knight & Day Impacts is an interior design and fit-out company. We specialise in holiday homes and short-term lets in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, where a space has to delight guests, stand up to wear and tear and stay easy to look after.
We are led by an interior designer and real estate investment specialist with 18 years in the UAE. We work transparently: furniture is bought at cost, with no markup, and every project starts with a visit to the property.

What happens at the site visit?
We see the property, understand what it needs and talk through what you want from it. Handyman work is quoted after this visit, once we know what is required.
Do you add a markup on furniture?
No. Furniture and materials are bought at cost, with no markup and full transparency.
How do your fees work?
Every project starts with a clear one-page quotation, showing furniture and materials at cost, a handling fee and a consultancy fee. The mock-up payment is credited toward the consultancy fee.
Why do holiday homes need a different approach?
Guests use a space differently from owners. We plan for wear and tear, guest safety and low maintenance, so your home stands out, earns better ratings and builds the trust that brings more bookings.
Do you only work on holiday homes?
Holiday homes are our speciality. We also take on interior design, fit-out and turnkey projects for apartments and villas.
